Rhein Haus German Bier Dinner

Join us Wednesday, March 7th at 6pm for a four-course dinner pairing German Biers with a creative menu from head chef Kelly Wilson designed to show the variety of cuisines you can pair with German bier! German bier importer Mike Baker will be on hand to discuss the pairings. A limited number of tickets are available for $50 per person. Each guest will also receive a commemorative bier glass.

First Course
Octopu-pusas with chorizo verde stuffed pupusa with grilled octopus escabeche, jalapeño oil
paired with Veltins Pilsner

Second Course
Goat cheese gnocchi with toasted almond oil, arugula, granny smith apple, crispy barley
paired with Grevensteiner Kellerbier

Third Course
Jerk rubbed brisket with plantain maduros, pineapple, jicama, red onion relish
paired with Aldersbacher Dunkelweisse

Sticky toffee pudding with rum raisin ice cream and candied ginger
paired with Hirschbräu Doppelbock

To reserve your spot at our first ever bier pairing dinner, please register below. The credit card information will only be used to secure your reservation, and you will not be charged until the day of the event. You may register up to 6 diners on one registration. Non drinkers may attend the dinner for $30/person.
